It seems like most helmets on the market are designed either for babies or for kids 5+. I looked far and wide for a helmet for my almost 3 year-old (who has a pretty large head) and while he could wear the bigger kids’ helmets, they made his head absolutely enormous. This helmet is a basic, good helmet that fits him now and will probably fit for another year or two. I like the neon yellow color because he is very visible with it. Maybe a tad heavier than other helmets, but no complaints.

My kids have been using it since they got balance bikes right before they turned two. They are now four and the helmet still works for them. We have been careful to put it away. It’s never been left outside for any length of time, but the outer shell is fading and cracking in some places. I would expect a child’s helmet to last as long as it fits, but I’m not sure that will be the case with this one. The adjustably is a nice feature.

This is an awesome helmet for the price. It is very light and seems to be very durable. I was worried that he would sweat once he wears the helmet but the vents in the helmet keeps him cool. My baby’s head measures 50.8cm. I got the 50-55cm helmet and it fits perfectly .
My baby is little chubby chinned and the no pinch buckle helps a lot.
I love this product and absolutely no complaint.
